Each candle is carefully crafted and housed in fragile, beautiful vessels, and we take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
We know how exciting it is to receive a new candle, and we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

- Domestic Orders (within the USA): We use trusted carriers like UPS and USPS to deliver your candles safely. Delivery times depend on your location, but typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment.
- International Orders: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so please stay tuned for updates.
Packaging & Fragility
We take great pride in packaging your candles with extra care. Every order is securely wrapped and placed in protective packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, because our vessels are fragile, we cannot guarantee that breakage won’t occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to resolve the issue.
