Before we send out your order, we ensure each candle is carefully inspected for quality. Due to the handmade nature of our candles and the fragility of their vessels, every item is packed with the utmost attention to detail to prevent damage during transit.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly accept a return or offer you an exchange. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • Change of Heart: If you've had a change of heart after placing your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective, given the nature of our products. We appreciate your understanding.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Fragility of Vessels: Due to the delicate nature of our candle vessels, we recommend handling them with care. We are unable to accept returns for any issues caused by mishandling or improper care after delivery.
